About Chevron Lifts
We have developed a company with a firm foundation which includes specialist lift engineering skills and support staff. Chevron Lifts has its head office and main warehouse in Northampton by the side of the M1 motorway which gives quick access to the country through the major roads network.
In recent years we have strategically located 5 regional centres which are London, Birmingham, Leicester, Bristol and Oxford. These regional centres have allowed us to attend emergency call outs in the minimum of time and have helped to reduce our carbon emissions due to an increase in local working.
Since 2001 we have worked to our environmental policy and have successfully achieved targets of waste and energy reduction. Our new lift products include for reduced running energy consumption and regenerative systems which contribute to both long term building power consumption reduction and EEC legislation.
Our recent plans have included for reduction in costs and to find methods to offer clients lower prices in order to input to the re-setting of the UK’s economic system. We are pleased that our regional centres have enabled us to pass on savings to clients. Cost reductions in 2010 have been well received by many clients.
We strive to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism and believe our accreditation to the following bodies and assessment schemes emphasise our commitment.
EEA—The European Elevator Association
SafeContractor— The Health and Safety Assessment Scheme
Constructionline— UK register of pre-qualified construction services
LiftCert— Showing compliance to the Lift Regulations 1997
BS EN ISO 9001:2008— Quality Management System assessment
