Bespoke Service Plan
Designed to the clients requirements
Correct and periodic servicing ensures more reliable and safer lifts. Preventative Maintenance MUST always be preferred over unscheduled emergency maintenance.
Standard Service Schedule
Our Standard service schedule includes:
Cleaning of lift equipment
Adjustment of equipment and assemblies such as door rollers, locks, brakes, etc.
Oil and lubrication of oil dependant components such as guides and bearings.
Replacement of chargeable consumable items such as indicator leds, car and shaft lighting bulbs.
Operational check of safety circuits and equipment.
Observation of any routine anomalies.
Thorough Examination & Supplementary Testing of Lifts
